Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead and develop a team while supporting day-to-day production activities, ensuring alignment with schedules, priorities, and customer requirements. Balance workflow, track critical materials through production, and maintain compliance with quality standards, preventative maintenance, training, and calibration requirements. Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, accurate system transactions, and maintaining an organized, well-supported production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production team to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Balance workflow and track critical materials through production processes.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, preventative maintenance, and calibration requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and maintain an organized production environment.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in technical documentation and capital equipment.
• Proficiency in manufacturing engineering.
• Leadership and supervision skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as defense, aerospace, or medical devices.
• Degree in engineering discipline preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Horsham, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $106000.00/yr.
