Incentive Compensation Lead - Data-Driven, Cross-Functional

Movable Ink

Movable Ink in New York City is seeking an Incentive Compensation Manager to own day-to-day administration, governance, analysis, and continuous improvement of our incentive compensation programs. This role is an individual contributor with cross-functional visibility and impact. You will partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounting, People, and Business Systems to ensure plans are accurate, timely, and scalable while driving process improvements and data quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
