This role focuses on engaging with homeowners, creating brand awareness, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Responsibilities Represent the company professionally at retail stores, expos, festivals, and community events Engage with customers and educate them about backup power and generator solutions Generate and submit qualified customer leads Set up and break down booth displays, banners, and promotional materials Distribute promotional items and explain current offers Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout events Track event activity and report leads collected Work closely with the field marketing team and event coordinators Qualifications Outgoing personality and strong communication skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public Must be comfortable proactively approaching and speaking with customers throughout events Reliable transportation and punctuality required Ability to stand for extended periods during events Weekend availability preferred Experience in promotions, retail, customer service, events, or brand ambassador work is a plus Sales or lead generation experience is a bonus but not required Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Brings high energy to every event Loves interacting with people Is dependable and self‑motivated Can work independently without constant supervision Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company Schedule Weekends requiredDay shifts and event‑based scheduling Part‑time with opportunity for additional hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Generator Partners
