Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming client inquiries and referrals.
- Collect, review, and process new client information accurately.
- Coordinate with clinical and care teams to schedule assessments and initiate services.
- Maintain detailed and organized client records in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth intake procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in healthcare intake, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems is an advantage.
