Are you a senior engineering professional ready to step into an impactful leadership role? Foresight Land Surveying, a BHI Company, is seeking a full-time Civil Engineering Manager to balance technical guidance, project delivery, and people leadership.
What's In It For You?
$140,000 – $180,000 per year (depending on experience).

A Day in the Life of an Engineering Manager
As a Civil Engineering Manager at BHI , you will lead a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. You will:
Mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers to reach their full potential.
Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.
Drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards.
Maintain a proactive, positive leadership style while working closely with divisional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
