Location: Klamath Falls, OR Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule - Flexible Setting: Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy services, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, progress monitoring, and patient education.

No inpatient responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide patient education and home exercise programs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students when appropriate.
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices when needed.
• Follow applicable professional, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
