This executive will align HR initiatives with a resident-first, hospitality-driven culture, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, and organizational development. The VP will ensure multi-state compliance, guide employee relations, and support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams. In partnership with senior executives, this role will shape growth, drive change, and enhance the employee experience that supports active, worry-free senior lifestyles.
