Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on people-related strategies and workforce planning Retail HRBP experience supporting Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and Planning & Allocation functions Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with business goals Drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession planning for VP and below roles Provide guidance and counsel on employee relations matters Lead HR efforts in change management initiatives Requirements Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in an HRBP and/or HR role providing strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and associates Bachelor’s and/or equivalent experience SPHR or PHR certification preferred Strong, demonstrated proficiency with organizational and communication skills Ability to act independently on a variety of complex and challenging situations #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
