Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students in academic, behavioral, and social domains as directed by certified staff
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation for assigned students
• Support the implementation of behavior plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current school clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative in a team setting
