Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team. The RDH will provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and support the dentist in delivering high-quality treatment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, perio charting, and polishing Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Conduct oral health assessments and document findings Screen for signs of periodontal disease, cavities, and oral abnormalities Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Follow infection control, sterilization, and OSHA guidelines Assist the dentist during procedures as needed PTO and Sick Time PTO: accrue 1.32 hours for every 30 hours worked Sick: accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked Office Hours (2 week cycle schedule) Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm Wednesday: 7:00am-2:00pm (every other week) Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm Friday: 7:00am-2:00pm (every other week) Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm (second week) Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (second week) Wednesday: 7:00am-5:00pm (second week) Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm (second week) Friday: Closed (second week) Benefits 401(k) Matching 4% (after first year) Health and Vision insurance (50% paid by employer) Compensation $55-$65/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
