As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Chicago, IL. Responsibilities End-to-end business and financial results for complex products through selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products using technology, operations, and data analytics. Use emerging technologies to deliver products through all applicable channels. Prioritize and make decisions regarding recommendations. Champion business cases, business plans and roll-out of specific products, product groups or experiences. Monitor marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify needs or opportunities. Recommend innovative new products, experiences or enhancements and develop and design features of designated new or existing products. Manage end-to-end development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, product groups or experiences and resolve complex operational and process problems. Partner with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participate and/or lead activities with external stakeholders and clients to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals. Develop product-specific marketing initiatives. Support risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. Drive business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommend modifications in product features or marketing to improve results. Coordinate across groups and lead key contributors. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Certifications: No required certifications. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $194,350.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
