The Opportunity:

As achange management experton our team,you'llbe integral toestablishingand delivering standard processes and repositories for configuration control documents as well asan associated board process in conjunction with senior engineers and managers. This encompasses a complex cyber and IT environment in the Indo-Pacific region delivering warfighter capabilities from strategic leadership totacticaledge components. You'll deliver technical diagrams and documentsfor existing deliveryas well asfornewprojects,and integrate with security team for risk discussions.You'll interface with key stakeholdersand users, including internal delivery and engineering teamsas well as cybersecurity professionals, toassureresilient data-centric delivery.You'll also manageprioritiesand communicate summaries to leadership.

You Have:

• 3+yearsof experienceinformalconfiguration management, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, audits andaccounting,and lifecycle management

• Experience with ITSM and configuration management software

• Experience with STIG compliance

• Experience managing Configuration Control Boardsand Engineering Change Proposals

• Experience withtechnical drawing softwareand technical writing

• Experience documenting workflows

• Ability todemonstratecross-functionalcommunications with a variety of engineering teams

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencewith project management andITSM processes

• Experience working in federal, DoW, or IC agency environments

• Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies

• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code

• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems

• Bachelor's degree inan IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field

• CPCM, CMPIC, ITIL4, and NDIA CDMCertifications

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
