The Opportunity: As the Senior Trainer you will lead the delivery of training that prepares our operations teams to perform confidently, consistently, and compliantly in a high-volume, patient-focused environment. Reporting to the Senior Instructional Designer, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of new-hire and ongoing training for the operation, including pharmacy and contact center workflows, systems, processes, and performance expectations. You will partner closely with Instructional Design, Operations, Quality, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders to reinforce learning, evaluate readiness, and identify opportunities to improve performance.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and hybrid training for new hires and existing employees supporting pharmacy operations.
• Deliver training on pharmacy workflows, call center/contact center processes, systems, products and programs, policies, procedures, patient and customer experience expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of training cohorts, including schedules, attendance, learner engagement, knowledge checks, assessments, and training-readiness documentation.
• Support learners through the transition from formal training into nesting and production, partnering with Operations leaders to assess readiness and identify remediation or targeted upskilling needs.
• Partner with the Senior Instructional Designer to translate operational changes, performance gaps, and learner feedback into updates to curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, exercises, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, operational subject matter experts, Quality, Compliance, and other partners to ensure training content and delivery remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment results, learner feedback, observations, quality data, productivity trends, and other available performance indicators; share insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
• Deliver refresher, remediation, cross-training, and upskilling programs in response to performance trends, process changes, new products or programs, and evolving business needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and completion data in the learning management system and other designated tools.
• Support rapid growth, new program launches, and other organizational training priorities, including travel for in-person training or business needs as required.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of training, facilitation, or learning delivery experience in a high-volume call center/contact center, healthcare services, or pharmacy operations environment with remote experience
• 2+ years of direct experience training teams that support specialty, mail-order, non-commercial, or other high-volume pharmacy operations; experience training within an organization that operates a pharmacy is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading new-hire onboarding as well as systems, process, product, compliance, and ongoing performance training.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt facilitation style based on learner needs, class size, content complexity, and delivery format.
• Experience using learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and common digital collaboration tools to deliver and track learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with learners, operational leaders, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple training priorities and respond quickly to changing business needs.
• Pharmacy technician experience and/or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred, but not required for candidates with strong direct pharmacy-operations training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent directly relevant experience considered.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 USD annually.
