Plant Manager

Plant Manager R10088832 (Open) – Bagdad, AZ – ASU Responsibilities Guide the operations of the unit by organizing activity and workflow of the plant and fostering connection and alignment with other teams (Industrial/Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer, etc.) Support production excellence in volume and quality. Communicate and work closely with customers to nurture strong relationships. Advance site performance through collaborative initiatives. Ensure plant reliability as a key contributor to operational success. Coordinate and build alignment with other teams (maintenance, SIO). Mentor and support the growth of technicians while providing helpful performance feedback. Manage an Air Separation Unit (ASU). Qualifications Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma. 7+ years experience with ASUs, pumps, mechanical, electrical. 5+ years experience in management. Technical and working understanding of Air Liquide's operation processes. Prior work with and knowledge of Air Separation Units. Ability to read and comprehend key operating documents and troubleshoot production problems. Valid employment authorization in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship. Effective communication with customers. Good computer skills. Valid driver’s license with good MVR. Strong electrical, instrumentation and mechanical skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior SAP and Power BI experience. Prior forklift experience. Prior operational and production experience. Benefits Medical, dental, vision plans.
