Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients' lives. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year Qualifications Required Associate degree or higher Hospice (2+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart HER Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL) Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes) Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes) Have you applied to or worked for Residential anytime in the last 6 months? (no) Preferred Please provide your RN License Number. Schedule and Shift Details It is 7 evenings in a row from 5 PM to 8 AM Mon to Sun after hours on call and making visits if needed in the Springfield IL area.
