Respiratory Therapist II

Description Medication administration via aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, percussion and postural drainage, non-invasive ventilation, mechanical ventilation, CPR, bedside pulmonary function screening, and arterial blood gases. Able to perform in all emergency situations and provide intubation, if applicable Requirements Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Associate's degree Must be licensed by the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Kentucky and in accordance with the provisions of KRS chapter 314A Must maintain an active BLS. [must obtain within 30 days of hire].
