About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, supporting capital markets activities such as debt and equity financing, and will lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and long-term financial planning initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have prior experience as a CFO within a publicly traded company, with a strong background in SEC reporting and direct experience working with external auditors. Capital markets experience, including equity and debt financing, is essential, as is a background in manufacturing or a related industrial environment. The role demands strong leadership skills, executive presence, and experience in building finance infrastructure in a growth-oriented organization. Preferred qualifications include small-cap public company experience, exposure to capital raises, shelf registrations, warrant accounting, and equity compensation, as well as familiarity with technology hardware or engineered products businesses.
