Who We’re Looking For

• US residents with an active NMLS MLO license
• Skilled communicator with relationship and rapport-building skills
• Strong work ethic and able to work 40-45+ hrs/week as needed
• Driven to earn $15k-$50k+ monthly with high integrity and ethics
• Record of success in high-volume phone based sales is preferred
• Must have a reliable computer, phone, and secure internet
• Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new programs and systems
• Comfortable multitasking using CRM's, LOS's, and Google Tools
• Able to self‑troubleshoot basic computer and internet issues
• Able to work in a designated home office for privacy and focus

Responsibilities

• Originate loan applications with appropriate follow‑up and relationship building
• Advise on solutions including refinance, Non‑QM, HELOC, and second lien mortgage loans
• Collect initial documentation needed or walk customers through online digital solutions
• Review credit, qualifications, and product guidelines to recommend solutions
• Manage the customer experience and expectations to ensure an excellent experience
• Remain responsive to customers and processors to avoid concerns, delays or complaints
• Compliance with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• An active NMLS mortgage loan originator license is required.
• Must have a computer, phone, and internet to access secure company systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
