MLR is seeking a full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join a welcoming, independent community hospital near Green Springs, Ohio.

Job Summary:

As a Medical-Surgical RN, you will provide both direct and indirect patient care across a range of age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in the medical-surgical unit. Your responsibilities include using the nursing process to collect data, assess patient needs, and develop and implement personalized care plans. Critical thinking and effective task delegation are essential to ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of care. You will also collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
• Certification in specialty areas such as ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire.
