A prep cook is focused on preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and cooking items in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Key responsibilities:
-Chopping produce, and prepping meats.
-Following recipes while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Ensuring speedy service for thousands of guests.
This role requires physical stamina, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols, often working mornings and weekends. Typically requires 1-2 years of cooking experience.
