- Create Client invoices and statements, and process billing reports
- Upload invoices in e-Billing portals/systems and monitor approval
- Review all records associated with client bills to ensure accuracy
- Enter and post records to time & billing program
- Assist clients with account inquiries
- Process client payments
- Prepare internal and external correspondence
- Design and maintain spreadsheets
- Other projects as assigned
- 2+ years of professional billing and collection experience preferred
- Must have exceptional math and analytical skills
- Must be detail oriented & highly organized
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize assignments, manage workload, and meet deadlines
- Possess a positive attitude and outlook in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, & individuals at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of PowerPoint. Able to type 60wpm
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to regularly lift/and or move 25 lbs.
- Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
- High school diploma, or GED
