Solutions Delivery Manager

Leading new client launches, the full-time remote Solutions Delivery Manager will manage the implementation process from intake through post-launch transition, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the implementation process from initial intake through launch and transition to Client Success ownership Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure client launches meet success criteria Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs and drive accountability for timely completion of launch activities Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in project management, implementation, or solution delivery, preferably in digital health or healthcare Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects simultaneously Strong client-facing presence with experience facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-launch review Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet is preferred
