Urology Opportunity in Mattoon, IL

Location: Mattoon, IL

Specialty/Setting: Urology

Start Date: 60-90 Days

Call: 1:3

Support: 1 Physician and 2 APPs

High earning potential for a motivated and efficient physician

Compensation:

$650,000 base salary
Bonus based on RVU production
Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary

Benefits: Full Benefits

$100,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 in relocation reimbursement
$60,000 total retention bonus
33 days of PTO
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
Malpractice with tail included at no cost
Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
403b with employer match
