Join Our Team as a Construction Estimator (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced estimator looking to join a dynamic team in the construction industry? D. Grimm, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator with 3+ years of estimating experience, proficiency in B2W software (Spectrum a plus), and a strong civil/site work/earthwork/concrete background. As a women-owned, full-service civil contractor specializing in Energy Services and Land Development, we partner with leading clients across Texas and the Southwest. Join us in delivering safe, high-quality solutions for a range of projects, from $100K site packages to large-scale energy infrastructure valued at $50M+. Prioritize safety, integrity, and crew development with a stable, growing team that values work-life balance and long-term careers.

This position allows for a combination of working at the office in Navasota, TX, and working from home. Travel to pre-bid meetings and jobsite visits also required.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Required Skills:

• Civil and Concrete Construction experience
• Proficiency in Take-offs and Punch Out Lists
• Knowledge of Submittals and Change Orders
• Experience in Pre-Construction and Scope Development
• Strong understanding of Construction Management and Blueprints

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam and Procore software
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Ability to manage Project Controls and Construction Documentation

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $89,000.00
Maximum Salary: $135,000.00
