Sales Support & Customer Service Representative

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role supports our sales management while serving as a customer service representative. Key Responsibilities * Sample coordination, creating sales rep distribution lists, and preparing shipments. Fielding sales representative sample requests for customers * Support Sales Management and Representatives with weekly sales comparison reports * Trade show planning and coordination * Sales Meeting coordination and planning twice a year * Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse, to resolve issues * New Product set-up and maintenance of customers' portals, fulfill image and product information requests. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping * Handle returns, credits, and order changes as needed * Provide proactive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Qualifications & Skills * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management (apparel/consumer goods preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented with a positive, solution-driven mindset What We Offer * Competitive Salary aligned with experience * Comprehensive health benefits * 401 (k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discounts on Gordini gear Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/protected veterans Compensation details: 22-26 Hourly Wage PIadd9052211c8-29400-40546797
