Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily living activities
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and facility regulations governing occupational therapy practice

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• NBCOT certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
