Role: Product Owner with Safe
Location: Pleasanton, CA /Hybrid - Local Prefred
Job Description:
Product Owner (SAFe) – Key Responsibilitie
- sAct as the Product Owner within a SAFe Agile environmen t, representing business needs and priorities
- .Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- .Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives and customer value
- .Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and development teams to deliver product features
- .Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- .Ensure clear communication of product vision, roadmap, and priorities across cross-functional teams
- .Validate completed work, accept user stories, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
- .Support Release Management activitie s , including release planning, deployment coordination, and release readiness reviews
- .Track product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- .Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management, progress tracking, and documentation
