Parts Specialist Department: Parts Employment Type: Full Time Location: All Roads Trucks - Landover Are you ready to bring your parts knowledge to a company that values its employees? If you enjoy researching and problem solving, we want to talk to you! We are searching for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service. Compensation $20 hourly plus commission (based on experience) Benefits Medical, dental & vision plus more available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment Paid Time Off, including 5 days after 90 days of employment Company paid holidays Paid training and parts certification Employee referral program Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments Operate a forklift as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and assist team members Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs Valid driver's license Work Authorization Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
