JOB TITLE: Marketing Procurement / Sourcing Lead (Senior Lead) Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor sourcing team members - Drive sourcing governance, SOPs, and best practices - Manage team productivity, SLAs, and delivery timelines - Lead client governance calls, business reviews, and stakeholder engagements - Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing support and service delivery Required Qualifications: - 10+ Years mandatory requirements - Marketing Category Sourcing / Marketing Procurement experience is a MUST - Proven experience leading sourcing/procurement teams - Strong client-facing stakeholder management and governance experience - Hands-on experience supporting sourcing and marketing procurement operations Key Skills: - Marketing Category Management - Strategic Sourcing - Team Leadership - Client Governance & Stakeholder Management - Supplier Relationship Management - Contract Management - Procurement Operations Education: Bachelors Degree
