Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and provide appropriate care in accordance with established protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform required evaluations and document patient interactions accurately.
• Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required by the role.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid license or certification relevant to the healthcare field.
• Completion of required health assessments and vaccination records.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
