Sales Support Representative - (English & Spanish) Location: Onsite - New Braunfels, TX (Galaxis) Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST/CST Pay Rates: English: $20.00 / hour Bilingual (Spanish): $21.00 / hour Role Overview What does a Sales Support Representative really do? Think of yourself as someone who will provide world-class service to our customers or clients in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner on every call. In this role, teammates connect with existing restaurant and merchant partners on the Client's platform to offer and expand ad sales solutions for their accounts. You will apply consultative sales techniques, overcome objections, and help partners grow their business using the Uber advertising platform. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Management: Use standard sales techniques and rebuttals to offer advertising products and services to current or prospective merchants via phone across cold, warm, or hot leads. Customer & Technical Support: Research and resolve issues reported by end-users or merchant partners via phone, email, and chat channels. Account Optimization: Use a consultative approach to build trust, identify merchant pain points, and recommend tailored ad solutions to drive commercial growth and satisfaction. Detailed Documentation: Accurately document all interaction information, next steps, and account updates in CRM systems according to standard operating procedures. Performance Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual target metrics, sales quotas, quality standards, and team targets. Core Qualifications & Requirements Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, business development, inside/outside sales, commission sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience. Experience in roles with dedicated sales targets, quotas, or upsell expectations is strongly preferred. Language Proficiency: English Role: Global English level B2+/C1 (fluency in verbal and written communication). Bilingual Role: Complete fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Technical & Keyboard Skills: Computer proficient; typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy. CRM Experience: Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a major plus. Background Check: Must successfully pass comprehensive background screenings Required Skills & Mindset Sales Acumen: Adept at basic sales acquisition frameworks, consultative selling, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
