Responsibilities
- Provide thorough consultations with clients on desired hair services
- Provide exceptional stylist and/or barbering services efficiently while exceeding customer expectations
- Keep station clean and organized
- Educate clients on retail products
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures as directed by state regulations
Qualifications
- Must have a valid salon and/or barber license in the state of Minnesota
- Team players who can give exceptional client service with a friendly & positive attitude
- Passionate and dedicated to the industry
- Desire to learn and evolve as a professional hair stylist or barber
- Strong foundation in short cuts and clipper work, as well as knowledge of long cuts
