About the Role:

• Provide in-person speech-language pathology services in a nursing home setting
• Assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility and regulatory standards

Schedule:

• Part-time in-person position, Santa Rosa, CA
• Minimum commitment: 3 days per week
• 4–6 hours per day preferred (minimum 4)
• Consistent weekly schedule with flexible day options

What You'll Need:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently in a nursing home environment
• Comfort with documentation and compliance requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
