Requirements:
4+ years of public accounting or tax-focused experience
Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, tax research, and compliance
Proficiency with tax software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel
CPA license (or eligibility) preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
