Shipping & Receiving Clerk | St. George, UT

Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a well-established U.S. manufacturer that produces custom-engineered industrial products for the manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, packaging, and material handling industries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

• Load and unload trucks while organizing inventory within the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.

• Stage and move materials to support production operations.

• Verify shipments meet quality and packaging standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving.

• Experience with inventory management and material handling.

• Experience packaging and preparing outbound shipments.

• Previous forklift operating experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and advance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification preferred but not required.

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to successfully complete a 50-pound lift test during the hiring process.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule

Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
