Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (35 hours guaranteed weekly)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, and strength through targeted exercises
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the rehab team to adjust care plans as needed
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during recovery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri
• 1-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or a similar rehab setting
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations (90%)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation practices
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
