Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (35 hours guaranteed weekly)
Hours per Week: 35

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, balance, and strength through targeted exercises
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the rehab team to adjust care plans as needed
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during recovery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri
- 1-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or a similar rehab setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet productivity expectations (90%)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation practices
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
