RN Nurse Manager - Preop and Postop

RN Nurse Manager of our Preop / Postop units within Perioperative Services at Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Full‑Time and will work 8‑hour Day shifts. Responsibilities The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in the assigned area. Provides leadership in the professional practice setting. Advocates for the protection and rights of individuals, families, communities, populations, healthcare providers, nursing and other professions, especially related to health and safety. Implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. Provides duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Adheres to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.
