Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Start times vary between 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM based on volume and machine schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
• Operate and manage radiation therapy equipment and machine scheduling
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient treatment records and documentation
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
• Valid California state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of candidacy — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler; locals may be considered under separate terms
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a radiology or cardiology-adjacent radiation therapy setting
• Familiarity with high-volume treatment environments and variable machine scheduling
• Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated schedule flexibility
