Quick Facts Location: Georgetown, DE Start Date: 06/21/2023 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, BLS Experience: 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (compensation to be discussed at interview) Additional Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Paid time off; 401(k); CME stipend What You’ll Do Provide inpatient psychiatric assessments and treatment planning Manage patients with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, psychosis, and trauma Conduct medication management and pharmacotherapy Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including APNs and psychologists Assist with involuntary commitments and crisis stabilization Document clinical encounters using Wellsky EMR Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures Participate in a supportive, patient-centered environment What You Need Required: Valid DEA license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Current BLS certification At least 2 years of psychiatric experience in an inpatient setting Preferred: Experience with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare provider in Georgetown, DE, dedicated to delivering mental health services to a diverse patient population.
