Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Content Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and strategic marketing professional who enjoys building brand presence, producing high-quality content, and working directly with executive leadership.

The Marketing & Content Manager will play a key role in elevating a respected private lending brand across digital channels, executive thought leadership, social media, video, photography, podcasts, interviews, events, email campaigns, and partner initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand marketing and digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and market positioning.
- Plan, produce, and manage professional content including videos, photography, podcasts, interviews, events, social media assets, and executive content.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to transform ideas into engaging thought leadership content that educates and inspires target audiences.
- Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and marketing automation to support lead generation and audience growth.
- Build and coordinate relationships with influencers, strategic partners, industry professionals, and external collaborators.
- Monitor campaign analytics, identify content and marketing trends, and implement data-driven improvements to increase performance and business growth.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage brand marketing strategy and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Produce executive content, digital media, video, photography, podcast, interview, event, and social media content from concept through completion.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website updates, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend strategies to improve engagement, lead generation, and growth.

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Producer, Influencer Assistant or Producer, Brand Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, content trends, and audience engagement best practices.
- Excellent writing, communication, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work directly with executives and translate leadership ideas into polished, professional content.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing within private lending, real estate finance, financial services, or another professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience coordinating video shoots, podcasts, interviews, events, or executive thought leadership campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers, strategic partners, industry professionals, or external creative vendors.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation systems.
