About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Reserving and Loss Analytics in the Reinsurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change and innovation within the industry, with a focus on enhancing loss analytics for various ceded treaties. This role requires a professional with an ACAS or FCAS designation and over 10 years of experience in P&C, particularly in the area of reserving. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving and streamlining processes within the Reserving and Loss Analytics department, as well as strong leadership skills to develop and manage high-performing teams. Experience in presenting to executive management and external stakeholders is also essential.
