We're seeking a hands-on Production Worker to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by loading materials, assisting with machine setup and changeovers, operating equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist with production line startups and changeovers
• Load and stage raw materials for continuous production
• Operate production and extrusion equipment
• Perform packaging, assembly, grinding, and other production tasks
• Conduct quality checks and measurements
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or general labor experience
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stonington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
