Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay: $19.92/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Clerk to support daily shipping operations. In this role, you will coordinate outbound shipments, manage documentation, and help ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse experience looking for long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, etc.)
• Track shipments and update internal systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues or delays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (JDE a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes and documentation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as needed
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics coordination
• Comfortable working with shipping systems or ERP/WMS (JDE a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator who can work with carriers and internal teams
