Overview Warehouse Co-worker | Wednesday-Saturday 4:00pm - 2:30am Thank you for your interest in joining IKEA. This is a permanent, full-time role with a focus on warehouse operations within our Customer Fulfillment Center. Responsibilities Support the replenishment and order fulfillment process within the Customer Fulfillment Center. Assume major responsibility for shipping, receiving, and block/storage of unit loads. Handle goods (unload, transport, replenish, pick, load) while safely using material handling equipment and tools. Secure goods properly to allow for safe movement and storage, following safety policies and procedures. Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying goods received, storing unit loads in assigned locations, and identifying discrepancies. Perform system processes within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Yard Management System (YMS). Detect, correct, and report any damage to inbound/outbound goods. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity of co-workers and customers. Qualifications Material handling equipment experience preferred. Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform duties safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
