You also will be responsible for the PressGaney patient-satisfaction survey for clinical providers. You must be organized, reliable, and a strong communicator. Your role is process-driven and the ability to develop plans with detailed structure to meet deadlines and deliverables is crucial.Required:Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePointExperience with WorkDay and Smartsheets is helpful, as you will use these for project-specific work.You will enjoy a hybrid remote work model and will need to work in our Nashville, TN office at least 2 days/week. You will work Monday-Friday with flexible work hours. Team members start between 6-8am and log off 2:30-4:30pm.Department Summary:The Project Management Team in the Department of Anesthesiology is unique in that we work with multiple teams within the department (Faculty Affair's Office, Chair's Office, division and executive leadership) for routine operations and standalone projects. Project Managers are often tasked with creating processes and improving current procedures. Our team is the first to step in when other teams are short or need another support for a specific task.Key Responsibilities:Plans, develops, leads and executes the project in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines.Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day to day project activities.Communicates within and across area(s) to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, interdependencies and/or accomplishments.Facilitates the identification of gaps in service level/processes to identify potential areas for improvement.The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.Technical Capabilities:Gap Analysis (Intermediate): Analyzes the difference between the current and desired state. The ability to draw appropriate and valid conclusions from data presented, sifting through data to determine the most significant elements. Demonstrates ability to break down work into manageable and measurable units, estimating time and costs appropriate to the project stage.
