Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Hematologist Oncologist to join a well-established oncology practice in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The physician will provide comprehensive care to patients with both hematologic conditions and medical oncology diagnoses in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or a motivated physician looking to grow within a supportive practice with opportunities for professional development, research, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions .

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient hematology/medical oncology care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and current clinical guidelines.

• Manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and other appropriate cancer treatments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in clinical trials and research opportunities, as applicable.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology .

• Active or eligible medical license in Alabama.

• Ability to treat both Hematology and Medical Oncology patients.

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced physicians are preferred.

• J-1 Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.
