You’ll sell new accounts, renew existing ones, and build lasting relationships—all while achieving personal and firm goals. What You’ll Do Consult & Advise: Present proposals with confidence, clearly explaining coverage options so clients feel informed and secure. Close Deals: Finalize sales, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team. Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria to provide expert guidance. What We’re Looking For Licensed & Ready: Hold an active 2-20 state insurance license. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software. Self‑Starter: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust. Detail‑Oriented: Organized, accurate, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
