Senior Project Manager – Data Center & Critical Infrastructure Projects Location: On-site near Lubbock, Texas We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manage r to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ) design and construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-value, technically complex projects from inception through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP projects through all phases of design and construction. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives. Review and interpret technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and design packages. Drive project planning activities, establish key milestones, and monitor progress against project objectives. Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and client reporting activities. Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, invoicing, and change order processes. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices. Mentor and support junior project team members while fostering collaboration across project teams. Provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 7+ years of project management experience within construction, engineering, or mission-critical infrastructure environments. Data center, mission-critical facility, or critical infrastructure project experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, project controls, and construction sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
