Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CT equipment for diagnostic procedures; position and immobilize patients as needed; ensure accurate patient identification and safety.
- Administer intravenous contrast per Radiologist protocol; monitor for adverse reactions and manage patient comfort and safety.
- Acquire, process, and develop CT images; ensure proper documentation for permanent file and electronic storage; coordinate with work-room staff to manage daily patient flow.
- Maintain image quality and perform routine calibration and quality control per department guidelines; troubleshoot equipment as required.
- Assist Radiologists and other physicians in specialized CT procedures; review relevant patient history and clinical data to aid diagnosis; participate in department quality improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area and provide guidance to new personnel as needed; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of CT experience (required)
- Phillips CT system experience (required)
- ARRT certification and BLS required
- Traveler assignment experience preferred
- Ability to work nights (3x12) and function effectively within a hospital setting
