In the role of a Physician, you will be essential in delivering exceptional medical care to patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a variety of health issues, working alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and enhancing the overall health of those in your care. Your skills and empathy will be vital in positively impacting the lives of your patients.

As a physician, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch medical services tailored to your qualifications and experience. Your main duties will involve clinical patient care within a physician-led, patient-centered, team-oriented environment, emphasizing high-quality, value-driven healthcare.

  • Enlarged Prostate (BPH)
Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Care
    • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments.
    • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
    • Prescribe medications and other suitable therapies.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
    • Perform necessary medical procedures and surgeries.
    • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
    • Provide education to patients regarding their health.
  2. Communication
    • Effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
  3. Documentation
    • Maintain precise and current patient records promptly.
  4. Clinical Expertise
    • Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and technologies.
    • Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and peer review activities.
    • Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
    • Work in partnership with Advanced Practice Providers.
    • Contribute to the education of clinical learners (residents, APP students, etc.).
  5. Quality and Safety
    • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.
    • Ensure that safe care is provided to all patients.
  6. Ethical and Professional Standards
    • Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in medical practice.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution is required.
  • Completion of a residency or fellowship relevant to your specialty is necessary.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty by a recognized board is required.
  • Must obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
  • Acquire Medical Staff Privileges within the healthcare system.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant state is mandatory.
  • Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of evidence-based medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Able to work effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and CME participation.
Working Conditions
  • Work will take place in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility setting.
  • May require on-call duties and weekend shifts as necessary.
